Andy has spent more than 20 years working across web design, IT, digital support and online content. As the founder of Expand Digital Media, he works with small and growing businesses, startups, charities and other organisations that need their website to represent what the business has become and give people a clearer reason to trust what they find.

His approach starts with understanding what the website actually needs to do before deciding how much work it needs. That might mean building a new WordPress website, redesigning something the business has outgrown, strengthening service pages, improving search foundations or simply sorting out a smaller problem that does not justify starting again.

That judgement matters because website projects can become unnecessarily complicated very quickly. Andy’s role is often to help separate what genuinely needs attention from what can stay, what can wait and what would add cost without adding enough value. A business owner should be able to explain what is happening in the business without first having to diagnose whether the answer is design, content, SEO, hosting or something else.

Based in Tamworth, Andy brings that same practical approach to local and growing organisations that want proper website guidance without feeling as though they need to become web experts themselves.
